- Waitlist / notify-me: your email address, if you ask to be notified when a product is available.
- Payment information: processed securely by Razorpay. We do not see or store your full card or bank details.
- Basic site analytics: anonymous, aggregated data about how the site is used (via privacy-first analytics). This does not identify you personally.
How we use it
- To process, ship, and support your orders.
- To notify you about product availability, if you asked us to.
- To respond to your questions and requests.
- To improve our products and website.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. Ever.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers we need to actually run the business: our payment processor (Razorpay), our shipping courier (to deliver your order), and our website/email infrastructure providers. Each receives only what's needed to do their part, and nothing more.
How we protect it
Our site runs over encrypted (HTTPS) connections, and payment data is handled entirely by Razorpay's secure systems. We limit access to your information to what's necessary to fulfil your order and support you.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to show you what data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it — just email support@verityharvest.in. If you're on our notify list and no longer want updates, tell us and we'll remove you promptly.
Cookies
We use minimal cookies and local browser storage only to make the site work — for example, remembering the contents of your cart. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
