Our Taste & Trust Guarantee
If you try your first bag and dislike the taste or quality, just let us know within 30 days and we'll issue a 100% refund — you don't even need to ship the opened bag back to us. We stand behind every batch, and we'd rather earn your trust than hold onto a sale that didn't work for you.
This guarantee applies once per customer, and covers your first order of a product.
Returns for unopened items
Ordered more than you needed? Unopened, factory-sealed bags can be returned within 30 days. Email us at support@verityharvest.in and we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label. A flat ₹50 return-shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or torn bags
Since we pack and ship every order ourselves, it leaves our facility in perfect condition. If your package is damaged in transit, snap a quick photo and email it to support@verityharvest.in — we'll rush a brand-new bag to your doorstep at zero extra cost to you.
Cancellations
We ship each order approximately one day after it's placed, so there's a short window to cancel. You can cancel anytime before your order ships — within roughly 24 hours of ordering — for a full refund, no questions asked. Once an order has been dispatched, it's on its way and can't be cancelled, but the Taste & Trust Guarantee above still has you covered.
Undelivered or refused orders
If an order can't be delivered because it was refused, the address was incorrect, or the courier couldn't reach you after reasonable attempts, we'll refund it minus the actual shipping cost we incurred. To avoid this, please double-check your address and phone number at checkout.
How fast are refunds?
Once your refund is approved, it's processed back to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a little longer to appear on your statement.
