These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Verity Harvest website and your purchase of our products. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them alongside our Refunds & Cancellations and Privacy policies.
Who we are
Verity Harvest is a sole proprietorship operated by Aravind Kannan, based at 1st Floor, Plot 26, Nakshatra Enclave, Dhulapally, Medchal Malkajgiri, Hyderabad – 500100, Telangana, India. Throughout these Terms, "we", "us", and "our" refer to Verity Harvest. You can reach us at support@verityharvest.in.
Our products
We sell food products — currently moringa leaf powder — intended as a dietary addition, not as a medicine. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. The nutritional and lab information we publish reflects independent testing of the tested batch. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or nursing, or are taking medication, please consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.
Orders and pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping is free on all orders within India — the price you see is the price you pay, with nothing added at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, and to accept or decline any order. If we cancel an order you've paid for, you'll receive a full refund.
Stock and availability
Our products are made in small, lab-tested batches and stock is limited. We only list items for sale once stock is available, and quantities shown reflect real remaining inventory. An item may sell out between the time you view it and the time you check out.
Shipping
We currently ship within India only. We are unable to accept or fulfil orders for delivery outside India. If an order is placed with an international delivery address, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
We aim to dispatch orders approximately one business day after they're placed, and we'll share tracking details once your order ships. Delivery timelines depend on your location and the courier. We're not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Refunds, returns, and cancellations
Our full policy — including our Taste & Trust Guarantee, returns for unopened items, and cancellation window — is set out on our Refunds & Cancellations page and forms part of these Terms.
Payments
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We don't store your full card details on our servers. By paying, you agree to Razorpay's terms in addition to ours.
Intellectual property
The Verity Harvest name, logo, website content, photography, and lab-report presentation are our property and may not be reproduced or used without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable Indian consumer protection law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
Changes to these Terms
